Overview
Lead a busy auto service and tire sales center at Mavis in Plano area. You will supervise technicians, ensure quality repairs, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting store leadership. This role blends people management, service operations, and sales initiatives to deliver timely, high-quality vehicle maintenance. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise technician schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards
- 2Drive service workflow for Mechanics and Tire Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- 3Lead customer consultations on tire selections and necessary maintenance, striving for exceptional in-store experiences
- 4Schedule outside orders and manage parts flow to minimize downtime and boost productivity
- 5Direct safety and compliance for the shop floor and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- 6Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain operational efficiency and drive sales initiatives
- 7Engage customers to assess needs, present recommendations, and secure satisfaction with services
- 8Monitor service quality and performance metrics to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- 9Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members to support growth and development
- 10Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices across the center
Requirements3
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 31 year of experience or training in automotive parts andor tire sales or 1 year of experience or training in automotive repairsmaintenance or any combination showing ability to perform duties
Salary Insight
