What You'll Do11
- 1Own daily store operations and enforce policies to ensure safety and quality
- 2Schedule mechanics and alignment technicians to maximize productivity
- 3Manage outside repair orders and coordinate urgent customer requests
- 4Drive sales initiatives through effective communication with clients
- 5Assess customer needs and recommend comprehensive tire and repair solutions
- 6Lead service teams to achieve high-quality vehicle maintenance outcomes
- 7Utilize AWS and Kubernetes to enhance operational scalability
- 8Implement Spark and Airflow for automated ETL pipeline management
- 9Scale processes using React frameworks for improved user experiences
- 10Drive continuous improvement through BCBA certification standards
- 11Maintain compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5+ years experience in automotive parts sales or tire retail
- 2Proven track record in automotive repairs and maintenance
- 3Certification in CPC Card or equivalent automotive credentials
- 4Demonstrated leadership abilities with 3-5 years supervisory experience
- 5Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes cloud technologies
- 6Expertise in Spark and Airflow for data engineering tasks
- 7Familiarity with React development frameworks
- 8Understanding of BCBA certification requirements
- 9Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- 10Commitment to safety protocols and team development
Salary Insight
$40 - $65k per year
