What You'll Do9
- 1Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across the shop floor from day one
- 2Schedule and direct mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to meet daily workflow
- 3Manage outside orders and track parts inventory to avoid delays
- 4Inspect completed jobs for quality and ensure timely delivery to customers
- 5Guide customers through tire selections and recommend under-car repairs based on vehicle needs
- 6Drive sales initiatives by assessing customer needs and explaining necessary maintenance
- 7Resolve customer concerns on the spot to maintain a high satisfaction rating
- 8Stage vehicles and prioritize repair work to maximize bay utilization
- 9Lead by example on the floor, coaching team members on Mavis service standards
Requirements8
- 11+ year of experience in automotive parts or tire sales
- 21+ year of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- 3A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended shifts
- 5Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- 6High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training accepted
- 7Strong verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions
- 8Basic computer literacy for inventory and order management systems
Salary Insight
$40 - $65k per year
