Overview
We seek experienced Autodesk Fusion 360 Specialists to support AI systems at YO AI Labs. You will create review and refine mechanical CAD models and technical documentation. Your engineering and CAD expertise drive this role.
What You'll Do7
- 1Develop fully parametric 3D CAD models of mechanical parts and assemblies using Autodesk Fusion 360 based on detailed design requirements
- 2Edit and update existing CAD models while maintaining design intent manufacturability and compliance with engineering specifications
- 3Review and audit CAD models for dimensional accuracy GD&T compliance and overall design quality
- 4Apply Design for Manufacturability principles across injection molding sheet metal CNC machining casting and forging processes
- 5Support AI model development by delivering accurate CAD data and documenting engineering decisions
- 6Communicate design rationale technical feedback and engineering insights to cross-functional teams
- 7Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering datasets and AI-generated outputs
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience with reverse engineering and point cloud conversion workflows
- 310+ years for complex model creation
- 44+ years of experience for CAD model editing
- 5Extensive hands-on experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 and other parametric CAD platforms such as SolidWorks Inventor or FreeCAD
- 6Practical application of GD&T ASME Y14.5 or equivalent in real-world engineering projects
- 7Proven DFM experience across multiple manufacturing processes
- 8Reverse engineering expertise including Scan-to-CAD workflows
