Autism Interventionist, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Overview
Autism Interventionist at Social Connections Learning Center delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. You will own therapy sessions in our onsite clinic, implementing progressive ABA and our Social Adaptability approach. We are a team of behavior therapists and supervisors who are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences. Unlike rigid protocols, we use a systematic, generalized approach centered on DTT, NET, L2L, and Teaching Interaction Procedures. Intensive training and supervision accelerate your growth in the field.
What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver ABA therapy sessions using DTT, NET, L2L, Discrimination Training, and Teaching Interaction Procedures.
- 2Implement Social Adaptability programming to teach learning-to-learn skills.
- 3Observe and model supervisor-led programs to become fluent in our systematic approach.
- 4Collect and document data on session outcomes, meeting monthly benchmarks.
- 5Adapt therapy strategies in real time based on learner responses.
- 6Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive therapeutic environment.
- 7Complete the 90-day trial period training with satisfactory performance.
- 8Pursue Progressive Behavior Analyst Certification and RBT credential.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2RBT certification or obtain within 1 month of employment.
- 3Experience with DTT, NET, L2L, Discrimination Training, or Teaching Interaction Procedures is preferred.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Ability to adapt to the Social Adaptability Approach to progressive ABA.
- 6Reliable transportation and proof of auto liability insurance.
- 7Willingness to learn and work as a team member.
- 8Completion of the 90-day trial period to satisfactory performance.
- 9Interest in pursuing Progressive Behavior Autism Interventionist or Supervisor certification.
