Auditor, Revenue Contracts & Compliance
Overview
You will conduct less complex audits of contractual agreements to ensure compliance with terms, focusing on revenue contracts such as concessionaires and tenants. Reporting to the audit manager, you'll work with a team of five auditors, collaborating with finance and legal departments. This role offers a clear path to senior auditor within two years, with direct exposure to Orlando International Airport operations.

- 1Audit revenue contracts with concessionaires and tenants to verify compliance and payment accuracy.

- 3Test internal controls within organizational units to ensure operational efficiency.
- 4Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- 5Collaborate with the audit team to complete assigned audits on schedule.
- 6Document audit procedures and results in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 21+ years of audit experience, preferably in government or public sector.
- 3Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software.
- 5Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida.
