- 7Ensure adherence to lease agreements and regulatory requirements across properties.
- 8Analyze financial data to inform decisions on budgets and resource allocation.
- 9Collaborate with leadership to communicate financial performance and address challenges.
- 10Implement credit policies and manage banquet account credit extensions.
- 11Balance asset and liability accounts while establishing accruals and reconciliations.
Requirements5
- 15+ years managing finance teams in hospitality environments.
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Hotel Management.
- 3Proficiency with Python and AWS for financial modeling and automation.
- 4Certified in CPC Card or equivalent finance certification.
- 5Demonstrated ability to scale processes and drive cost efficiencies.
