What You'll Do11
- 1Apply educate and ensure proper use of orthopedic soft goods functional bracing and bone growth stimulators
- 2Provide routine customer service to patients physicians and clinical staff
- 3Manage inventory and participate in required audits
- 4Verify patient benefits using automation tools including pre-authorization and patient responsibility collection
- 5Act as liaison between customer Enovis and sales team
- 6Adhere to compliance ethics programs OIG government regulations and HIPAA
- 7Maintain valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- 8Travel up to 20 percent of time requiring own transportation
- 9Perform duties in physician offices hospitals patient homes and clinics with potential pathogen exposure
- 10Lift and move up to 20 pounds frequently
- 11Demonstrate patient care experience and bachelor’s degree
Requirements8
- 1Minimum two years direct patient care experience preferably in orthopedic physical therapy or athletic training
- 2Active Athletic Training licensure BOC Certified Fitter-orthotics CFo PTA or related certification
- 3Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- 4Pass basic qualifications demonstrating commitment to patient care and team excellence
- 5Ability to satisfy third party credentialing screening requirements
- 6Physical stamina to lift up to 20 pounds
- 7Willingness to travel up to 20 percent of scheduled hours using personal vehicle
- 8Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
