Enovis seeks a skilled Orthotist to lead patient care initiatives within its Field Services Team. What You'll Do11
- 1Educate patients and caregivers on orthopedic equipment usage and care
- 2Conduct patient evaluations including assessments and fittings
- 3Review prescriptions and maintain clinical documentation
- 4Communicate device instructions and address routine patient concerns
- 5Coordinate scheduling and billing with internal teams
- 6Escalate complex issues to clinical or leadership staff
- 7Ensure compliance with Enovis policies and HIPAA regulations
- 8Apply anatomical and biomechanical knowledge to treatment plans
- 9Utilize ERP systems for inventory and billing management
- 10Maintain accurate records for coding and reimbursement processes
- 11Support field operations across diverse locations
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 1 year experience in orthotist, occupational therapy, or physical therapy services
- 2Active certification such as ABC Certified Orthotist or BOC Certified Orthotist
- 3Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
- 4Understanding of DME documentation and coding practices
- 5Familiarity with ERP systems like Computers Unlimited TIMS
- 6Strong communication skills for patient education and coordination
- 7Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks
- 8Willingness to work in field settings and adapt to varying environments
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 10Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- 11Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the workday
