What You'll Do9
- 1Build practice plans that develop individual and team wrestling skills and conditioning
- 2Lead in-game coaching and strategy execution to maximize competition outcomes
- 3Supervise student-athletes during practices and events to ensure safety and discipline
- 4Prepare teams for competitions and communicate effectively with parents and administrators
- 5Maintain equipment, records, and required documentation in compliance with school and district rules
- 6Enforce team expectations and promote positive behavior, sportsmanship, and integrity
- 7Coordinate with athletic staff to support program administration and event planning
- 8Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding the program
- 9Respect student privacy and model professional conduct for all participants
