LiRo-Hill seeks an Associate Vice President Bridge Structural Lead in Boston to lead bridge and structural infrastructure projects for public sector clients. This leadership role focuses on scope schedule budget quality and client communication while strengthening relationships and driving business development.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead bridge and structural infrastructure projects for public sector clients including MassDOT MBTA and municipal agencies
- 2Manage project scope schedule budget staffing technical quality and client communication
- 3Serve as local technical and project leader for bridge transportation and structural assignments
- 4Coordinate with internal teams across NYC Long Island and New Jersey to deliver high-quality engineering services
- 5Support client engagement proposal preparation and business development activities
- 6Identify and pursue bridge and structural infrastructure opportunities with MassDOT MBTA municipalities and related public agency clients
- 7Provide technical oversight and QA/QC for structural and civil engineering deliverables
- 8Support multidisciplinary coordination with architecture MEP and site/civil teams
- 9Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings
- 10Mentor and help grow local staff as the New England team expands
- 11Act as a local ambassador for the civil-structural department in New England
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering with Master’s preferred
- 215+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering focusing on transportation and municipal infrastructure projects
- 3Professional Engineer license in Massachusetts with additional New England licenses preferred
- 4Demonstrated experience delivering bridge and transportation infrastructure projects for MassDOT MBTA and local municipalities
- 5Strong project management background including successful delivery of scope schedule budget and quality metrics
- 6Ability to maintain client relationships and support business development as a seller-doer
- 7Deep understanding of bridge engineering structural systems rehabilitation inspection load rating and transportation infrastructure delivery
- 8Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- 9Proven ability to work in a collaborative multi-office environment leveraging remote technical resources
Salary Insight
$180 - $215k per year
