Overview

Real estate private equity is the focus of this role, with exposure to investors, capital formation, and portfolio management leadership. You will join a DC team that interfaces with senior IR leadership and cross functional partners to support capital raising and investor communications. This role offers hands on training, strategic impact, and opportunity to grow within a high profile real estate investment firm.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and deliver investor communications and quarterly reporting to inform strategic decisions
  • 2Lead the preparation of investor due diligence materials including DDQs and RFIs for capital raises
  • 3Prepare and format internal and external presentations for investor meetings and conferences
  • 4Own the accuracy and integrity of the investor CRM and reporting tools through data validation
  • 5Coordinate cross functionally to develop and refine investor materials and templates
  • 6Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to translate insights into actionable business development deliverables
  • 7Oversee annual investor conferences including materials and event messaging
  • 8Develop and optimize IR/Capital Formation processes in collaboration with Data Management teams
  • 9Support senior IR leadership in capital formation strategy and execution across products
  • 10Manage timelines and cross functional projects to meet tight deadlines

Requirements12

  • 1Three to five years of experience in investor relations, fund accounting, or fund management at an alternative investment firm or related field
  • 2Experience in commercial real estate preferred
  • 3Bachelor’s Degree with strong academics
  • 4SIE, Series 7, 63, and 66 preferred or willingness to obtain
  • 5Proficiency in modeling commercial real estate principles, market analysis, and valuation
  • 6Ability to analyze GAAP financial statements and translate data into strategic deliverables
  • 7Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
  • 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 9Proficiency in Salesforce and Investran preferred
  • 10Strong project management, coordination, and attention to detail
  • 11Ambitious self-starter capable of working independently and in teams
  • 12Willingness to work in office five days per week and occasional travel
