What You'll Do11

  • 1Support fundraising initiatives across investor and consultant relationships
  • 2Conduct targeting and prospecting using eVestment Preqin and other tools
  • 3Develop fundraising infrastructure and implement analytics processes
  • 4Assist in drafting public communications and investor presentations
  • 5Contribute to quarterly earnings process and investor Q&A preparation
  • 6Manage public investor targeting using Irwin and other IR platforms
  • 7Produce and manage monthly investor newsletters
  • 8Assist in special projects including communications and data analytics
  • 9Own day-to-day data hygiene and workflow promotion
  • 10Drive pipeline management and compete priorities
  • 11Translate complex information into compelling stakeholder materials

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons experience in alternatives fundraising or investor relations
  • 35+ years working with US-based institutional investors and consultants
  • 4Working knowledge of private credit and alternative investment strategies
  • 5Familiarity with CRM systems and prospect research tools
  • 6High organizational skills and ability to take initiative
  • 7Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • 8Physical stamina for prolonged computer use
  • 9Minimal travel requirement of 10% or less
  • 10Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • 11Professional presence and discretion in investor-facing settings
