The Director will own investor relations within Portfolio Management, shaping narratives on asset performance and macroeconomic trends. What You'll Do5
- 1Lead analysis of originated asset performance and direct cross-functional engagement with Servicing and Capital Markets Sales to build authoritative narratives
- 2Present strategic insights to current and prospective investors while commissioning bespoke research on borrower creditworthiness and macroeconomic factors
- 3Own the investor relations function guiding junior team members and collaborating across departments
- 4Develop data-driven stories for asset performance and operational trends
- 5Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance transparency and streamline payment operations
Requirements5
- 1Minimum bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in banking management consulting or specialty finance
- 2Proven ability to present directly to institutional investors and senior executives
- 3Strong technical acumen in SQL AI tools Tableau Python Databricks and Excel mastery
- 4Expertise in consumer finance concepts including credit risk modeling and loan lifecycle management
- 5Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership and accountability
