What You'll Do11
- 1Manage the Funding Stack optimizing across Cost of Capital Certainty of Takeout Capacity and Resilience
- 2Design and oversee Forward Flow Agreements Warehouse Lines and Asset-Backed Securitization programs
- 3Partner with technology team to build AI-Enabled Capital Allocation Engine routing origination volume through algorithmic Best Execution
- 4Construct institutional-grade data warehouse and investor reporting portal replacing static data tapes
- 5Improve cross-functional engagement synthesizing investor feedback and establishing operational gates
- 6Formulate and expand product capabilities leading capital strategy for new lending products
- 7Own performance plan for loan sales and securitization maintaining full accountability
- 8Collaborate with Credit Risk to align credit box with forward flow eligibility warehouse criteria and ABS structural requirements
- 9Drive development of predictive pricing investor allocations risk prepayment monitoring automated deal structuring
- 10Enhance data & analytics foundation for transparent frictionless platform
- 11Lead cross-functional operating rhythms improving collaboration with Capital Markets team
Requirements10
- 112+ Years senior experience in consumer structured finance investment banking asset management or fintech capital markets
- 23-5+ years leading Capital Markets function
- 3Proven track record managing programmatic ABS platforms forward flow and warehouse facilities
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Finance Economics Data Science Engineering or quantitative discipline
- 5MBA CFA or advanced quantitative finance degree preferred
- 6Distinguished expert familiar with structural waterfalls stress simulations and advanced modeling
- 7Owner mindset managing outcomes treating investor demand as managed portfolio
- 8Transparent communicator building trust internally and externally
