Capital Markets Associate, Investor Relations & Fundraising
Overview
You will own outbound investor engagement and capital growth at Supervest, a fintech platform scaling alternative investments. This role sits in the capital formation function, where you'll manage portfolio reviews, courtesy calls, onboarding, and outreach to accredited investors. You'll work with a small, fast-moving team using CRM tools to track leads and drive measurable growth. Success means increased capital inflows, higher conversion rates, and clear advancement into senior investor relations or capital markets leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Call existing investors to secure additional deposits and support note renewals
- 2Conduct courtesy and relationship-building calls to strengthen investor loyalty
- 3Perform outbound outreach to accredited investors and follow up on inbound leads from digital campaigns and webinars
- 4Track leads and follow-ups in CRM, maintain organized call logs, and update opportunity pipelines
- 5Assist prospects through onboarding, answer customer support inquiries, and ensure prompt resolution
- 6Explain note offerings clearly, answer investor questions, and escalate to the VP when needed
- 7Support webinar follow-ups and email campaigns, guiding investors through offering materials and subscription steps
- 8Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide pipeline visibility to leadership
Requirements7
- 12+ years in sales, financial services, or investment sales
- 2Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up
- 3Strong communication and persuasion skills
- 4Goal-oriented and performance-driven
- 5Understanding of accredited investor standards
- 6Experience with fintech, lending, or alternative investments a plus
- 7High integrity and comfort discussing regulated private offerings
