Senior Associate Private Equity Fund Services - Real Estate
Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Build automated workflows to review property financials and general ledger entries
- 2Design and maintain schedules for management approval of financial statements
- 3Calculate management fees and prepare investor capital statements
- 4Prepare quarterly investor communications and track fund distributions
- 5Coordinate audits by providing documentation and supporting internal reviewers
- 6Manage client investor portals and monitor fund transfers
- 7Lead special projects under management direction
- 8Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance
- 9Analyze financial data using Investran or Yardi platforms
- 10Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- 11Maintain high attention to detail in regulatory reporting
Requirements10
- 1BA/BS in Accounting or related field with CPA license or in progress
- 23+ years experience in public accounting investment banking or financial services
- 3Strong expertise in commercial real estate accounting practices
- 4Proficiency with US GAAP and IFRS standards
- 5Excellent analytical skills and research capabilities
- 6Experience with investor relations and fund administration systems
- 7Ability to work independently and in team settings
