Lead portfolio management support delivering investment strategies for institutional real estate portfolios. Oversee analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Drive insights and strategic decisions to enhance client outcomes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Support development and execution of separate account investment strategies and portfolio business plans
- 2Monitor portfolio and property performance providing analysis on acquisitions leasing valuations capital expenditures financing dispositions
- 3Coordinate client reporting processes including monthly quarterly and annual reports
- 4Assist with capital calls client requests strategic investment planning and portfolio forecasting
- 5Prepare board materials annual reports and presentations communicating performance and investment activity
- 6Create and maintain portfolio‑level reporting and analytics measuring performance diversification risk and compliance
- 7Review financial structures partnership waterfalls ensuring compliance with governing documents and investment guidelines
- 8Provide ad hoc support for clients Portfolio Management teams and organizational initiatives
Requirements7
- 1Undergraduate degree required MBA CFA or other advanced investment designation preferred
- 25‑7 years experience in portfolio fund management asset management real estate investments acquisition analytics underwriting financing accounting or real estate appraisal
- 3Strong understanding of institutional real estate investments and portfolio management principles
- 4Advanced financial analysis skills including forecasting valuation concepts and financial statement analysis
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Argus experience with Yardi preferred
- 6Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude ability to quickly learn new technologies
- 7Highly organized detail‑oriented resourceful and collaborative mindset with confidence to provide thoughtful recommendations
