Overview
Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Clinical Consultant to showcase Impella product value and drive patient outcomes. This role combines clinical expertise with sales to enhance care for cardiovascular patients.
What You'll Do12
- 1Improve patient outcomes through education and medical staff interaction including clinical demos and ongoing training for new and existing accounts
- 2Collect clinically relevant data complete outcome reviews with customers and communicate activities with other team members and sales counterparts
- 3Acquire and demonstrate working knowledge of products therapies and develop extensive understanding of all applications
- 4Attend implants and consult physicians and medical staff on appropriate use and applications
- 5Utilize Integrity Selling to change standard of care and drive usage of Impella with physicians
- 6Set up 1:1 physician meetings host physician and staff dinner programs with strong attendance and content
- 7Collaborate with sales counterpart on awareness programs and activities in franchise
- 8Advance sales process with customers required
- 9Work in a team environment required
- 10Take call for emergent patient care
- 11Conduct duties in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry
- 12Travel 50 percent within territory
Requirements11
- 12+ years of direct RN NP PA or regulatory tech patient support in ICU CVICU cath lab or cardiovascular OR experience
- 22+ years of commercial sales experience related to cardiovascular products and technologies
- 3Ability to advance sales process with customers required
- 4Availability to travel 50 percent within territory
- 5RN license strongly preferred
- 6ECMO experience
- 7Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to advocate with physicians
- 8Experience delivering clinical training
- 9Hands on Impella support experience strongly preferred
- 10Preferred: Experience as an Abiomed per diem
- 11Preference for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities
