Overview
You will provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings, utilizing EP technology to treat cardiac arrhythmias. You will join a high-functioning, collaborative team, partnering with physicians and hospital staff to improve patient outcomes. You will complete a structured training program with hands-on learning, then cover procedures independently. This role offers direct involvement in patient care and product development feedback.
What You'll Do9
- 1Complete a structured training program focused on EP procedures and product knowledge.
- 2Provide regional procedural case coverage in Electrophysiology labs and operating rooms.
- 3Act as the clinical interface between physicians and Abbott, sharing product expertise.
- 4Build and sustain credible clinical relationships with customers.
- 5Master all EP products, including technical details, software, and capabilities.
- 6Support EP Sales Representatives with clinical studies, troubleshooting, and training.
- 7Lead new product in-service trainings and demonstrations for physicians and nurses.
- 8Stay current on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and competitor products.
- 9Provide management with market trend feedback to guide next-generation product development.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2Willingness to satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
- 3Ability to travel 50% of the time for live procedure coverage.
- 4Proven ability to build professional relationships in a clinical environment.
- 5Strong communication skills for educating healthcare professionals.
- 6Capability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
- 7Interest in cardiology and medical device technology.
- 8Comfortable in hospital settings with continuous standing or sitting.
