Requirements5
- 11-10+ years plaintiff civil litigation experience focusing on toxic tort or habitability issues
- 2Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 3Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 4Proven ability to handle motion practice written discovery and deposition
- 5Strong oral advocacy and client communication skills
