What You'll Do7
- 1Defend complex environmental and toxic tort litigation matters
- 2Handle cases involving benzene PFAS heavy metals silica solvents mold asbestos
- 3Assist with Proposition 65 and class action litigation
- 4Draft pleadings motions and other litigation filings
- 5Conduct legal research discovery and depositions
- 6Participate in hearings mediations trial preparation and other litigation proceedings
- 7Develop litigation strategy working directly with experienced attorneys and clients
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading environmental and toxic tort litigation
- 3JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
- 4Active California Bar admission
- 5Strong legal writing research and analytical skills
- 6Excellent oral advocacy communication abilities
- 7Ability to manage litigation matters independently in a fast‑paced environment
- 8Self‑motivated professional thriving in collaborative team environment
