Requirements6
- 11–5 years litigation experience
- 2Background in litigation or insurance defense preferred
- 3Proficiency in depositions discovery and motion practice
- 4Strong legal writing skills (sample required)
- 5Demonstrated interest in environmental law or complex technical litigation
- 6Prior environmental law experience optional with firm training
