What You'll Do6
- 1Support partners and senior attorneys in civil litigation phases
- 2Assist with case assessment discovery motion practice oral argument mediation trial preparation
- 3Draft motions briefs legal memoranda and other filings
- 4Manage deadlines ensure procedural compliance
- 5Conduct legal research analyze complex public law constitutional issues
- 6Interface directly with clients collaborate with litigation teams
Requirements7
- 13–6 years civil litigation experience
- 2Excellent writing analytical research advocacy skills
- 3Strong organizational case management abilities
- 4Writ of mandate or appellate experience preferred
- 5Ability to thrive in collaborative fast-paced environment
- 6California Bar admission required
- 7Competitive base salary $158000 $205000 annual performance bonuses
