Assistant Superintendent, Multifamily Construction Denver
Overview
Own the on-site leadership for a 150-unit podium ground-up multifamily project in Denver Metro and drive daily execution with the Project Superintendent. You’ll coordinate trades, schedule work, ensure safety and quality, and support closeout alongside the Project Engineer. You bring field leadership from ground-up multifamily and a trades-up background is welcome. Local subs knowledge and OSHA 30 are important, with bilingual Spanish a strong plus.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build the on-site schedule and sequencing with the Project Superintendent to meet project milestones
- 2Coordinate subcontractors and crews, inspections, and quality control to ensure safety and compliance
- 3Lead site logistics, layout, and material deliveries for smooth daily operations
- 4Monitor progress and report issues to the Project Engineer to keep the project on track
- 5Drive closeout activities and documentation to support project handover
- 6Maintain a focus on safety, site standards, and regulatory compliance
Requirements10
- 1Field leadership on ground-up multifamily construction or podium projects
- 2Trades-up background in carpentry, framing, or concrete is welcomed
- 3Construction Management degree is a plus, not required
- 4Scheduling software experience with Phoenix, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- 5OSHA 30 certification
- 6Local Denver market knowledge of subs and jurisdictions
- 7Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
- 8Ability to work onsite in Denver Metro full-time
- 9Strong communication and coordination skills
- 10Reliability in a direct-hire, full-time role
Salary Insight
$90 - $100k per year
