Overview
As Assistant Store Manager at Dollar Tree, you will own daily store operations, team development, and customer service at a high-volume retail location. What You'll Do8

- 3Execute corporate directives for Pull and Hold, Destroy, and Task Compliance with accuracy.
- 4Maintain promotional fixtures and displays to maximize product visibility and sales.
- 5Supervise store associates, providing real-time coaching on customer service and safety.
- 6Drive loss prevention by monitoring cash handling, inventory counts, and store assets.
- 7Coordinate backroom organization and sales floor recovery to company standards.
- 8Train new associates on register procedures, stocking, and company policies.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives required.
- 3Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet physical demands of frequent walking, standing, and stooping.
- 4Proven ability to communicate clearly and lead a team in a high-energy environment.
- 5Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle daily store challenges.
- 6Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
