Overview
Lead store operations and team performance at TOTEME's Melrose Avenue boutique, driving sales and client experience. Own daily workflows, staff coaching, and event execution. What You'll Do10
- 1Manage store operations and staff scheduling to ensure efficient workflows.
- 2Drive sales performance and monitor progress to meet or exceed targets.
- 3Coach Sales Advisors daily to maintain high team performance and service excellence.
- 4Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections, and store experience standards.
- 5Plan and execute in-store events with the Store Manager.
- 6Build strong client relationships and foster a culture of genuine clienteling.
- 7Maintain visual merchandising standards and coach the team on execution.
- 8Conduct regular team briefings to align on business priorities and new collections.
- 9Share product insights and client feedback with internal teams.
- 10Contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Requirements5
- 13+ years in a senior retail role, preferably in luxury fashion.
- 2Experience leading and coaching a high-performing team.
- 3Solid understanding of store workflows, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- 4Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- 5Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
