Assistant Senior Program Manager Arundel Lodge
Overview
Lead cultural quality senior persons served at Arundel Lodge. Assist individuals in recovery from mental illness physical illness and substance abuse through Recovery Model practices. Guide staff on recovery interventions while maintaining agency standards.
What You'll Do12
- 1Maintain familiarity with diagnosis psychiatric and somatic histories treatment plans medications and needs for all caseload individuals
- 2Identify and assist persons served in pursuing individual goals including completing functional self assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- 3Assess stages of change continuously and apply appropriate interventions
- 4Execute all duties outlined in the Rehabilitation Specialist job description
- 5Cover shifts during Program Manager absences ensure 24 hour emergency phone coverage
- 6Direct team activities maintain accurate timekeeping approve overtime and review schedules
- 7Conduct regular team meetings distribute minutes oversee staff operations and coordinate with residents somatic and psychiatric needs
- 8Coordinate with rehabilitation specialists day program counselors clinical nurses primary care providers pharmacies and appropriate persons served
- 9Monitor residential medication supplies and attend referral discharge and admission meetings
- 10Identify early warning signs of decompensation intervene appropriately and differentiate stressors from mental illness exacerbations
- 11Promote diverse coping mechanisms and practice recovery model principles daily
- 12Assume additional duties as assigned

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 35+ years experience with AWS services
- 43-5 seasons leading teams
- 55+ years developing Person Centered Plans
- 61 year proficiency in medication monitoring protocols
- 72 years managing residential medication supplies
- 81 year coordinating move-in processes
- 93+ years conducting crisis intervention
- 104-8 years supervisory experience
