What You'll Do10
- 1Monitor residence for participant safety and well being
- 2Enforce house rules and program expectations consistently
- 3Assign and track daily and weekly household chores
- 4Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas
- 5Report behavioral concerns and safety issues to supervisor
- 6Maintain accurate documentation including shift notes and incident reports
- 7Model positive recovery behaviors and healthy communication
- 8Assist with resident orientation and rule reviews
- 9Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff on resident needs
- 10Participate in staff meetings and required training sessions
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Lived experience in recovery from substance use disorder with sustained personal recovery
- 3Peer Recovery certification or training preferred
- 4Previous experience in addiction treatment or recovery setting
- 5Strong interpersonal organizational and conflict resolution skills
