- 3Manage House Operations: Conduct resident intakes perform safety walkthroughs and oversee daily chores
- 4Ensure Safety: Monitor risks facilitate drug testing and follow emergency procedures
- 5Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents concerns and rule adherence
- 6Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Peer Support Certification or CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- 31 year sobriety requirement
- 4Drivers license preferred
- 55+ years experience in recovery environments
