What You'll Do10

- 6Analyze P&L statements with the RGM to hit sales and profit targets.
- 7Resolve guest complaints on the spot, turning issues into loyalty.
- 8Enforce federal, state, and local health codes during every shift.
- 9Audit food quality and service metrics with company tools like HotSchedules.
- 10Own cash handling and security procedures to protect assets.
Requirements10
- 11+ year supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
- 2High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- 3ServSafe food safety certification preferred.
- 4Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- 5Availability for 40+ hours weekly, including weekends and flexible shifts.
- 6Proven ability to read and act on P&L statements.
- 7Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
- 8Conflict resolution and coaching techniques for staff development.
- 9Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- 10Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
