What You'll Do8
- 1Execute the MIC Success Routine and ensure People Customers and Service duties are completed
- 2Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control security procedures maintaining inventory and managing labor
- 3Demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills while being detail-oriented multitasker and prioritizer
- 4Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment ensuring food safety precautions are met
- 5Provide appropriate notice when unable to work understand and use timekeeping systems record hours accurately and give constructive feedback
- 6Participate in training Team Members handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to resolve issues
- 7Deliver a WOW experience to every guest through consistent service standards
- 8Stock shelves and coolers manage subordinates provide direction and maintain cleanliness of parking lot and grounds
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED required with college degree preferred
- 2Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical abilities
- 3At least 18 years of relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail including profit loss responsibility
- 4Pass background check and drug test ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs
- 5Able to stand walk lift carry and stoop during most of the shift
