As KFC Manager at Mitra QSR, you will own daily operations for a high-volume restaurant in Philadelphia, PA. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every customer warmly and resolve issues on the spot to ensure excellent experiences.
- 2Enforce HACCP food safety protocols, checking temperatures and storage daily.
- 3Prep and cook menu items to KFC standards, including frying chicken and preparing sides.
- 4Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and follow grooming standards.
- 5Lead shift briefings and coach crew on teamwork and service behavior.
- 6Complete training modules and apply feedback from supervisors to improve performance.
- 7Inspect the restaurant, from front-of-house to kitchen equipment, and fix issues immediately.
- 8Monitor labor and food costs during shift, adjusting deployment to meet demand.
- 9Ensure compliance with local health codes and KFC policies, documenting any deviations.
Requirements7
- 11+ years in restaurant or retail management, preferably in QSR.
- 218+ years old with valid U.S. ID.
- 3Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 4Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 5ServSafe or Food Handler certification preferred.
- 6Proven ability to lead a team of 5-10 people, resolving conflicts and driving performance.
- 7Basic math and computer skills for POS and inventory management.
