General Manager - Fast Casual Restaurant Group
Overview
You will own the full P&L, team culture, and guest experience at a high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Miami. Drive sales, control costs, and build a team that delivers consistent hospitality. This role reports to a District Manager and works alongside 20-30 hourly staff. You get real autonomy, a performance bonus, and a clear path to multi-unit leadership.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and coaching hourly staff and shift leads.
- 2Run daily operations with ownership of food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- 3Own the restaurant P&L, managing labor, food cost, and controllable expenses to hit budget targets.
- 4Analyze sales and operating trends to create actionable plans that grow revenue and improve margin.
- 5Create a hospitality-driven culture that makes guests feel welcomed and valued on every visit.
- 6Coach the team to deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns on the spot.
- 7Lead from the floor during peak periods, setting the pace and modeling execution.
- 8Build community relationships to drive local traffic and repeat business.
- 9Prepare the team for growth by developing a leadership bench and delegating effectively.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of salaried restaurant management experience.
- 2General Manager experience in fast casual, QSR, or casual dining preferred.
- 3Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain strong teams.
- 4Working knowledge of restaurant P&L statements, labor, food cost, and scheduling.
- 5Strong operational instincts in high-volume environments.
- 6Hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for hospitality.
- 7Positive, competitive, and accountable approach to leadership.
- 8Ability to maintain standards even when not on site.
Salary Insight
