Team 11 seeks an Assistant Property Manager - Roving to lead operations across multiple locations in the Everett Lynnwood Edmonds area. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing finances, and supporting residents while fostering a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Deliver exceptional service to residents and stakeholders by resolving concerns promptly and maintaining efficient workflows
  • 2Oversee rent collection and delinquency management including aging balance monitoring and follow-ups
  • 3Support financial reporting and budget awareness through accurate data recording and analysis
  • 4Draft and distribute timely resident communications aligned with housing compliance standards
  • 5Act as acting Property Manager handling escalations, reporting, and community operations
  • 6Ensure Fair Housing compliance and equitable practices in leasing and resident relations
  • 7Conduct property walks to assess curb appeal and coordinate maintenance activities
  • 8Inspect units post-move-out to verify compliance with company standards
  • 9Travel to various sites for on-site tasks as required
  • 10Maintain strong communication skills for professional interactions and conflict resolution
  • 11Adapt communication style to diverse personalities while preserving professional relationships

Requirements11

  • 11+ years experience in leasing sales hospitality or customer service roles with property management preference
  • 2High school diploma or GED required with associate or bachelor's degree as a plus
  • 3Knowledge of apartment management laws at federal state and local levels
  • 4Excellent verbal communication skills for phone written and face-to-face interactions
  • 5Ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and composure
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software systems
  • 7Bilingual English Spanish capability is a plus
  • 8Valid driver's license reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  • 9Physical stamina to walk properties climb stairs and stand for extended periods
  • 10Strong attention to detail and commitment to high operational standards
  • 11Integrity compassion teamwork integrity and customer service focus
