Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years supervisory experience in property management
- 2Accredited Residential Manager certification preferred
- 3Knowledge of fair housing laws Microsoft Office and leadership skills
- 4Experience with Yardi and landlord tenant principles
- 5Ability to analyze budgets and make recommendations
