What You'll Do10

  • 5Shadow utility distribution crews to learn field operations and distribution processes.
  • 6Collaborate with project teams to procure materials, equipment, and resources aligned with schedules.
  • 7Support communication with customers and stakeholders, taking on customer-facing duties once trained.
  • 8Assist senior leadership with documentation, status updates, and reporting on progress and financials.
  • 9Participate in training to grow into an independent project management role.
  • 10Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment in office and field.

Requirements10

  • 11+ years foundational knowledge of project management principles in construction or utility distribution.
  • 2Understanding of construction management practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • 3Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data management and financial analysis.
  • 4Ability to work with project financial data, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • 5Interest in learning utility distribution operations through office work and field shadowing.
  • 6Effective communication skills for team collaboration and customer interaction.
  • 7Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in schedules, documentation, and financials.
  • 8Ability to work independently under senior leadership guidance.
  • 9Bachelor's degree in Construction Management strongly preferred; recent graduates encouraged.
  • 10Prior experience with project financial reporting or cost analysis is a plus.
