The Assistant Outlet Store Manager leads daily operations at the new San Marcos Outlet Store opening Fall 2026. This onsite role supports the Outlet Store Manager to deliver a Signature Customer Experience while driving sales performance and coaching associates. The position requires a proven retail leader with a passion for luxury brands and a commitment to fostering an inclusive team environment.

- 1Lead the recruitment onboarding and development of store associates
- 2Coach and motivate associates to meet sales and customer service targets
- 3Provide ongoing feedback and cultivate an inclusive collaborative culture
- 4Lead daily store operations during the Outlet Store Manager’s absence
- 5Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience through personalized service and expert product recommendations
- 6Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- 7Support achievement of store sales goals and key performance indicators
- 8Monitor daily sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
- 9Drive conversion Average Transaction Value and Units Per Transaction initiatives
- 10Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee inventory accuracy
- 11Handle opening and closing procedures and POS transactions
- 12Ensure compliance with policies safety standards and asset protection practices
Requirements10
- 15+ years of retail leadership experience in premium or outlet environments
- 22–3 years of experience coaching retail associates
- 3High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4Associate's degree in Business Retail Management Marketing or related field preferred
- 5English proficiency required; Spanish optional
- 6Customer experience focus demonstrated through previous roles
- 7Sales performance driven track record with measurable results
- 8Merchandising inventory management expertise preferred
- 9Loss prevention awareness demonstrated
- 10Strong communication organizational and problem solving abilities
