You will own daily store operations at a high-volume Jersey Mike's Subs location, managing a crew of 3-7 people. What You'll Do10
- 1Keep the restaurant noticeably cleaner than competitors through continuous up-keep and deep cleaning routines.
- 2Manage shift operations, opening and closing the store securely with Key Holder duties.
- 3Lead a crew of 3-7 team members, delegating tasks and maintaining a positive, energetic work environment.
- 4Bake bread and perform all prep work to Jersey Mike's quality standards.
- 5Slice meats and cheeses proficiently, using the slicer with safety and speed.
- 6Create employee schedules that meet coverage needs and manage time-off requests.
- 7Place inventory orders to keep stock levels optimal without waste.
- 8Train new employees on food safety, customer service, and sandwich preparation.
- 9Step in for the General Manager in all capacities when needed, including financial reports and cash handling.
- 10Participate in management meetings and strategy sessions to drive store performance.
Requirements10
- 1High school degree or equivalent.
- 21 year QSR experience preferred.
- 318 years or older to operate the slicer.
- 4Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
- 5Reliable transportation.
- 6Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality.
