- 1Understand daily operations and tasks while mastering Jersey Mike’s Subs’ highest-level sub making and customer engagement
- 2Assist in food preparation ensuring quality standards are met
- 3Provide excellent customer service meeting our esteemed standards
- 4Follow proper procedures for making subs and know the 7 Principles of Success
- 5Maintain a clean restaurant environment
- 6Work in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere with the ability to multitask
- 7Interface with customers providing an exceptional experience
- 8Operate equipment such as slicers safely and independently
- 9Adhere to ServSafe Certification - Food Handler requirements
- 10Meet schedule requirements and demonstrate reliability
- 11Participate in ongoing training programs to improve skills

- 1High school degree or equivalent
- 21 year QSR experience preferred
- 3Must be 18 years old to operate slicer
