What You'll Do12

  • 1Direct all public area housekeeping operations and ensure consistency in cleanliness and service standards
  • 2Lead housekeeping managers, supervisors, and frontline employees to achieve targets
  • 3Maintain public spaces to hotel client and company standards and conduct operational inspections
  • 4Develop staffing plans and schedules based on occupancy, events, and needs
  • 5Monitor labor costs, productivity, overtime, staffing levels, and departmental performance
  • 6Coach and develop leaders to improve performance, accountability, and engagement
  • 7Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, hiring, training, and retention
  • 8Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and development
  • 9Coordinate deep cleaning projects and operational initiatives
  • 10Build relationships with hotel leadership and other departments to respond to issues and changing demands
  • 11Maintain safety compliance and adherence to company procedures
  • 12Support the Director of Housekeeping and take on additional operational leadership as needed

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum of 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, or high-volume environment
  • 2Experience at Housekeeping Manager, Senior Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Director, or comparable level preferred
  • 3Public area housekeeping experience highly preferred
  • 4Proven experience managing supervisors and large frontline teams
  • 5Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, productivity standards, labor management, and scheduling
  • 6Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and hold teams accountable for performance
  • 7Strong client service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • 8Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 9Commitment to cleanliness, safety, service, and operational excellence
  • 10Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
