Housekeeping Houseperson, Hospitality & Guest Experience
Overview
Deliver essential guest room and public area care in a luxury hotel environment. Own tasks from linen replenishment to sanitation across rooms, corridors, and amenities at a boutique property with Michelin recognition. Collaborate with team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service. This role offers onsite schedule flexibility, inclusive benefits, and opportunities to support multiple shifts.
What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver items to guest rooms and stock linen closets to support operations
- 2Dust furniture and fixtures and clean and sanitize hotel rooms and public areas
- 3Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and manage trash removal to maintain hygiene standards
- 4Identify and report maintenance issues to ensure guest safety and property integrity
- 5Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies to enable smooth daily workflow
- 6Step in to make beds and replace linens and amenities as needed
- 7Provide excellent customer service to guests and assist with requests
- 8Adhere to sanitation, safety and hotel standards in all tasks
- 9Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with guests and team members
- 10Assist with special requests and ensure guest comfort during shifts
Requirements10
- 1Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- 2Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- 3Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- 4Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- 5Excellent communication skills and ability to work with the public
- 6Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 7Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
- 8Shift coverage includes 3:00pm - 11:30pm and possibly mornings (8-4:30pm)
- 9Team player who can work within a fast-paced environment
