Overview
Own and optimize the housekeeping operations for a full-service hotel, including rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry. Lead a team of 3+ full-time associates with administrative and professional responsibilities more than half of the time. Direct daily activities with discretion and independent judgment to maintain Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas and laundry to meet standards
- 2Lead a team of 3+ associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- 3Direct administrative responsibilities and scheduling to maintain efficient operations
- 4Ensure quality control and safety compliance in all housekeeping areas
- 5Coordinate with front desk and F&B teams to support guest experience
- 6Manage inventory, cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance
- 7Develop and implement training to improve service levels and productivity
- 8Audit cleanliness and maintenance to uphold brand standards
- 9Respond to guest requests and issues promptly and professionally
- 10Drive improvements that reduce turnaround time between check-ins
