Overview
Room Attendant role at a Phoenix area hotel within a family focused operator. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay. What You'll Do7
- 1Build a clean and inviting guest room by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming to hotel standards
- 2Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed to maintain supply levels
- 3Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold cleanliness and maintenance quality
- 4Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily to support efficient service
- 5Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner to enhance guest satisfaction
- 6Demonstrate teamwork and responsiveness to hotel standards and tasks as assigned
- 7Follow all safety practices and company policies while performing duties
Requirements6
- 1High attention to detail and ability to work weekends and holidays
- 2One year experience in a similar role preferred
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
- 4Physical ability to walk sit bend reach kneel and crouch as part of daily tasks
- 5Good communication and guest service skills
- 6Must be able to interact with guests and associates in a professional manner
