What You'll Do22
- 1Provide leadership and motivation throughout the shift for staff assigned to specific job duties
- 2Interview hires coach mentors and disciplines staff
- 3Orient train and complete staff competencies
- 4Complete new hire and annual staff performance evaluations
- 5Provide individual and team directions
- 6Coach team for success through pre service huddles and in services
- 7Develop a team environment that supports staff empowerment
- 8Evaluate staff performance individually and as a team
- 9Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
- 10Mediate negotiate and resolve staff conflicts
- 11Perform daily inspections for patient room cleaning
- 12Conduct patient nursing and customer rounding
- 13Verify and request staff have the tools to complete their assignments
- 14Daily per shift tour facility to meet safety cleanliness and décor standards
- 15Ensure prompt responses to service requests
- 16Staff training and compliance with Red Rules Health Stream Courses Infectious Control OSHA DNV Department of Health and State Federal regulations
- 17Supervise to ensure compliance with linen trash and hazardous waste protocols
- 18Understands trains and coaches staff in floor care standards
- 19Ensures floor care equipment operation maintenance and storage meet department standards
- 20Ensures department security protocols are met daily for supply room linen room laundry room pagers spectra phones and equipment rooms
- 21Allocate resources supplies labor and services to meet fiscal departmental budgetary guidelines monitor budget variances and prepare draft budget requests
- 22Document accurate staff actions competencies inspection reports rounding work sheets and staff schedules
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in EVS
- 34 years experience in Healthcare Management Leadership
- 4High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 5License Driver License required
- 6Competitive pay plus sign on bonus up to $2,500
