Requirements9
- 1Minimum 5+ years experience in higher education advising
- 2Certification in collegiate student personnel or related field
- 3Proven track record supporting Division I athletic programs
- 4Master’s degree preferred in Higher Education Counseling or related discipline
- 5Active membership in N4A or similar professional organizations
- 6Expertise in student success software like Navigate and Canvas
- 7Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments for intercollegiate athletics
- 8Strong multitasking capabilities for managing concurrent priorities
- 9Background check clearance accepted as part of application process
