- 4Process vendor invoices through proper approvals and chart of accounts coding
- 5Follow eviction protocols and represent community in court hearings
- 6Manage resident move-outs with proper deposit handling and disposition procedures
- 7Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly
- 8Act as on-site supervisor when community manager is absent
- 9Assist with client relationships through community tours and owner meetings
- 10Support leasing activities by greeting prospects and processing applications
- 11Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance tasks
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with 1-3 years experience
- 2Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
- 3Proficiency in Yardi and OneSite property management systems
- 4Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Experience in community management or property operations
- 6Ability to perform physical tasks lifting up to 50 pounds
- 7Valid driver's license for vehicle operation
- 8Understanding of lease enforcement and collections processes
- 9Experience with internet-based document management tools
