- 1Build advertising materials and show units to screen applicants
- 2Maintain comparative rental level records in the area
- 3Present creative leasing and marketing strategies
- 4Communicate courteously with residents applicants and company representatives
- 5Process applications and secure deposits following procedures
- 6Update availability reports and handle credit checks and rental history approvals
- 7Submit processed applications for manager review
- 8Monitor renewals and distribute follow-up notices
- 9Represent the company professionally and collect rent payments
- 10Type leases and input data into the Yardi system accurately
- 11Review invoice accuracy and ensure proper coding and payment
- 12Quickly resolve maintenance requests and inform teams
- 13Answer resident inquiries about community policies and services
- 14Ensure all maintenance repairs are completed satisfactorily
- 15Contribute to community cleanliness and enforce policies
- 16Participate in training on laws and regulations
Requirements11
- 1Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain
- 2Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 3Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 5Ability to work weekends
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Physical stamina to sit stand climb and walk property in varied conditions
- 8Experience with apartment management systems
- 9Knowledge of lease agreements and credit report processes
- 10Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- 11Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
