Assistant Community Manager - Aston at Gateway
Overview
Support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing financial and operational facets of the community. Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks, prepare monthly close-out and financial reports, process invoices, collect rent, fees, and payments, and manage bank deposits and account reconciliations.

- 9Manage client/owner relationships through regular communication
- 10Assist with leasing and marketing efforts
- 11Review and submit vendor invoices for payment
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager
- 2Proficiency using Yardi
- 3Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
- 4Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 5Experience with OneSite and Entrata property management software
- 6Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Detail-oriented and self-motivated professional
