What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as visible welcoming presence at store entrances and high-shortage areas deter theft and identify suspicious activity
- 2Partner with store teams to support safety service and reduce shortages
- 3Respond calmly and professionally to incidents medical situations and other store needs
- 4Use technology and two-way communication devices to stay connected and support timely response
- 5Assist with apprehensions under direction of Asset Protection leaders captains or detectives
- 6Document theft accidents audits and other incidents through accurate reporting
- 7Conduct operational audits and complete assigned Asset Protection tasks as directed
- 8Support a culture of safety and service by partnering with store teams and responding appropriately
- 9Follow company policies and legal standards related to apprehensions searches evidence handling and confidential information
- 10Provide testimony in criminal or civil legal proceedings as needed
- 11Maintain flexible availability including days evenings weekends and holidays with regular dependable attendance

- 6Current New York State Security Guard License required for jobs in New York

- 9Capacity to access and review written and electronic information and move within work environment
- 10Capacity to sustain long periods enclosed in surveillance areas
- 11Strength to lift move up to 30lbs and meet visual and color vision requirements
